Samantha's Baptism Day was finally here! The ceremony was beautiful. More to come with the after party!

Here is the sweet girl being Baptized

Aunt B and Uncle Sean did a great job with their Godparent duties

The Weismann Family Texas Invasion - Part 1!

Sami Rose was Baptized on Memorial Day weekend, and we were happy that it doubled as a Weismann Family reunion!  All of "the cousins" flew in to town, along with Aunt B, Aunt Kerry, Nana, Pop Pop, and Uncle Sean.  My Aunt Barbara and Grandma also flew in for the occasion, but they stayed at my parents house.

The Yates girls and Nana & Pop Pop flew in on Thursday.  We had Tex Mex and ice cream for dessert. Riley loved having all of these fun visitors!

Little Sami was pretty spoiled too. She had the sweet girls wanting to hold her and give her lots of love.

The Schrauth kids, Aunt Kerry, and Uncle Sean flew in on Friday. Here are all of the girls!

All of "the cousins"... as Riley liked to call the crew.

I think there is a resemblance with Sami and Laney. It also sounds like they're similar in how much they look up to their older brothers.

We headed to the Main Event on Friday night for laser tag and arcade games.  Sami gladly snuggled with her Aunts at the arcade.

Nana got her turn too!

The big kids got to play laser tag while Riley mastered the basketball hoop

Aunt Kerry showed off her wack-a-mole skills

The boys tried out this fun game

It started making Riley nervous, so Laney was quick to step in!

We ended the night with pizza and some work at the workbench.

Uncle Sean was happy with a beer and a chair. Such a laid back guest - what a guy!

Caden is 3!

Riley's buddy Caden turned 3 last weekend, and they had an awesome party. We did all of Cade's favorite things like walk to the park, play at the playground, fed the ducks, and played in the sprinklers.

They just live in the next neighborhood over, so we walked over.

Big girl had fun swinging!

They hired a balloon man, and he made my boys a Hokie Bird! He also made three orange helicopters for Riley, and he popped two of them.  Note to self = balloons and grass don't mix! He also made a pretty awesome spider man.

 Here is the birthday boy!

Sami and her beer... trouble.

The men and their mascots!

The balloon man fascinated the kids for an hour!

Cheers to another Rachavong Boy!!

I went to Mexican Sugar for a girls night with two of my favs to celebrate the upcoming arrival of another Rachavong baby BOY!

The server delivered our water in these cute mason jars.

Cheers to a baby brother for Sawyer!

Spring is here!

Spring has sprung, and we are enjoying the nice warm weather!

The kids both had their spring school pictures taken, and they're pretty cute!

Riley - 3 years

Samantha - 6 months

We had the Primrose Spring Fling a few weekends ago. Riley wore his fireman suit to the event since there was a firetruck appearance, and right before we left we had a cop car in front of our house! I think a neighbor's alarm was going off, but Riley scored a sheriff sticker in the process!

Later on, it was time to get cracking on the yard. We had lots of trimming, cleaning, mulching, and planting to do... Matt and I were lucky enough to have our little helper by our sides!

He slaved away in the hot sun with Mommy and Daddy while the sweet girl napped.

The final results were worth the effort!

Happy Spring!

We capped off that weekend with some fun on the swingset. Riley is an old pro, and baby Sami was slightly concerned until she got the hang of it.  After that, she was all smiles!

Baby Allie turned 1 the following weekend, and they hosted the cutest "Farmer's Market" birthday party! Kelly never ceases to amaze me with her creativity!

The lunches were only the beginning! Loved the jello in the mini mason jars.

They BUILT this mini farmers market with cartons of produce, egg carton favors, and mini tomato plants for the kids to take home.

I think Riley enjoyed the mason jar jello!

Sweet Sami was so good the entire time, but was not up for a picture. Somehow, this is still a cute picture.

Sami Rose has grown up so much over the past few weeks. She is CRAWLING now, and loves her new found mobility!

She is such a sweet baby

Riley worked hard all week last week to make his teachers feel special for Teacher Appreciation Week.

We brought them sweets, treats, gifts, and special cards every day of the week.

These two goofballs just love each other and giggle away in the evenings!

Riley reads his sister some stories before she goes night night.

Until next time...!
