I got to have a very special breakfast with Riley at his school on Friday. They called it "muffin's with mom", and Riley was beyond excited to eat breakfast together. He even gave me a cute picture frame with a picture of himself in it at the breakfast. We enjoyed delicious muffins, doughnuts, fresh fruit, and cheese before we started our day. Such a treat!

There was some shyness going on when the camera came out...
Riley gave me some nice perfume for Mother's Day, and then Matt and I got each other a swing set for the backyard for Mother's/Father's Day. It's all about the kiddos once you're parents, so it only makes sense! We spent Friday night as a family in the yard putting the contraption together.

And the finished product! It was a team effort, but it turned out pretty good.
We had a wonderful Mother's Day/Dad's birthday combo celebration on Sunday at my parents house. We had gorgeous weather perfect for swimming and sunning, so we took full advantage of it. Happy Mother's Day to all of the special Mom's in my life, especially my amazing Mom and Mother-in-Law, xoxo.
