Riley has developed quite the little personality over the last several weeks. He is such a happy baby, and loves smiling, giggling, and playing with his toys. He is so alert and doesn't miss a beat! I've tried to capture him smiling a few times, but the camera throws him off... here is one picture that I was able to snap while he played...
